Im not a huge fan of these,  I like the jetta front end on the Mk2 golf though!

Saying that, i love the MK3 golf front end on hte Vento!!  Looks mean!

for what its worth i think the front end of the mk3 is the only bit that looks wrong, vento is much nicer.
if i buy another mk3 it will be having a vento front.

When u say it like that...i guess ur right! haha But....is there a Mk 3 rallye?! I've never seen 1 if there is!

The closes thing, performance wise was the ultra rare Mk3 VR6 Syncro, though that might have only been available as an Estate in the UK and in normal hatchback form in the US. And it didn't have the "80's shoulder pad" wheel arches of the Mk2 Rallye or the square lights.

Anyway, I think the Vento front is ok, but only on a Vento.

Anyone know if a company does a 'kit' for this front end conversion, or if it has to be simply getting a vento bonnet, grill and headlamps, sticking it all together and hoping it all fits?

I'd be really interested in getting it done.. Does give it a pretty cool euro/smooth look...

Done two of them, it’s straightforward, like you say all you need is bonnet, lights and grill!! Get all this from scrappy, eBay etc

They look cool craigdavid.. It's just finding the bonnet etc to match the golf I've got.. TBH i don't even know which blue my car is.. it's a 1.4 1994 mk3, but there were a few blues and the logbook doesn't help.. does anyone know where i might find those snazzy vento angel eye headlamps? + is a vento and a jetta practially the same car?
