beat mirrors for a mk3 are whats referred to as mk3.5 (as fitted to the cabrio after 98 with the mk3 shell and mk4 front)... nice and o.e direct fit but nicer looking

Ok, erm, that mostly went over my head. Sorry chap.

would be good to see the pics when you have them fitted... apologies if my remarks earlier seemed snobby... I guess it is just each to their own

DTM's look poo on a mk3
Why???????
because BearFresh thought we were suffering from mk3 snobbery on this thread by not liking her DTMness... so I was trying to make her feel welcome... and show that we weren't snobs and were just offering opinion.
I have an open mind to all of this... just because I don't think something suitable doesn't mean it isn't suitable for someone else.

i think if someone is doing something tastefully (open to interpretation) then it's cool... personally I am not into 'max powering' a car with body kits etc like the nova chavs but it is each to their own... as has been rather well demonstrated within this particular thread... and as Rich said... it would be boring if we all did the same thing to our cars!

just hope Bear's car doesn't end up like this... http://www.barryboys.co.uk/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=26647
