sluggish pull off.

ok when pulling off in 1st gear the first step seems sluggish then all of a sudden kicks in and then change to 2nd and every now and then that will be sort of sluggish like its trying to find the power and then off you go.  1st gear is worst, sometimes its just a little bit then other times its like i have to clutch, rev, go again just to get some power.  Any suggestions people? cheers.

Check your air filter, plugs, vac hoses.

oh great,  well first one of the list is filter, i had that out the other day so thats one of the 1000 things then.

mine can be sluggish when starting at lights but thats due to a worn clutch... not sure if yours is similar but if i dont feed my clutch in correctly (normally when i'm keeping it at biting point for a few seconds) it drags the revs down and after a second or two the revs come back and off i go...

thats what i tend to do when im waiting to pull off, hold the bite but i get the same trouble even when i just put it in gear and go.
