donno mate, but the lettering doesn't look like a typical VW font, my moneys on it being aftermarket.

I thought that too, do these have a part number on I could check? I.E what is the part number of the standard one?

dunno, as I have replaced mine with a billet aluminium *cough* VW Motorsport One!

Bit of a hijack, but this thread is about knobs :rolleyes:
The transparent plastic disc on my knob is cracked. Are new replacements available anyone know?

Watcha mate, as far as I know these knobs are no longer available so second hand is the only way. I have a couple of standard GTi knobs in the shed so I'll check and see if any have a decent disc in them.
