they were advertising for an ED30 to develop on a couple of months back, I enquired because I'm local to were they wanted it (Derby), but decided against having my motor becoming a test dummy for a week (although the idea of a free turbo back exhaust system was tempting).
So I should imagine they have found a car for development by now so maybe they will be available soon... hth.

Spoke to Miltek lastweek, spoke to Beckie i beleive! They are very very nice and friendly compared to other companies i have rang, they quoted around £435 for the R32 Style Exhausts for my GTI and i think it was a cat back but not sure...whats the difference between a turbo back and a cat back exhaust if you dont mind me asking

cat back is a part system from the catalytic converter. the Turbo back system is the full exhaust and includes the downpipe from the engine, a free breathing sports catalytic converter, the back box and the tips. The full system gives better breathing for the engine and as a result better response and a few more bhp when used in conjunction with a good remap.
Oettinger quote 305bhp for a remap and 330bhp for a remap, full exhaust and ram air system. So it gives about 25 extra horsies when used in conjunction with the ram air and a remap :nerd:

wrong. Oettinger does cat-back exhaust job, not full exhaust.
Try B&B Automobiltechnik. They do full exhausts.

(this page is better viewed in German, because the tuning packages for Ed30 differ in Englich from what is written in German. Look - they can tune your Ed30 to 350hp/460nm! )

Here is direct link to Mark V tuning packages: http://www.bb-automobiltechnik.de/bb2004/de/produkte/motoren/vw/golf/V/index.php

BTW, the maximum torque allowed for DSG is 400nm, I found it out from VW representative.
