0-60 time after remapping GTI?

Read loads about people with remaps and how happy they are with them but I was just wondering how much time would be shedded after remapping your cars? :o

You can use the theoretical calculator on the link below. Supposed to be within a couple of hundredths

Alternatively if you look at a standard GTI 0-60 time and an ED30 0-60 time you will not be far off the time for a remapped std GTI.

Manual times will be different to DSG times too.

My standard ED30 DSG = 0-60 in 5.66 secs at Inters. :evil:

....I've just spotted your "Life aint about 0-60, its about 50-80 ;)" - Obviously I agree. 30-90+ in my case (thinking of Germany of course!).

my standard gti manual had a supposed 65bhp remap, had it on the rolling road 258bhp, 0-60 5.76 secs, not a bad £350 spent.  :wink:
