thats not racist!! theres alot of scamming going on in nigeria at the moment with ebay, from mobile phones to cars! it been on the news!! if it were the same problem in england would calling someone an 'english scammer' be racist?? no

Thats exactly what I thought.. it's not the first time though and the moderators don't seem bothered.  Whats really ironic is that a lot of the world sees us in exactly the same way...

Moderator has knowledge beyond that of common man

and also knows that there are a lot of scammers and specifically from several african areas......post stands

I don't know, but it would be quite easy for someone over in Nigeria to characterise the British as a bunch of lager louts who like nothing more than getting pissed on a Friday/Saturday night and generally behaving like animals... is that racist?  I think it is... you shouldn't tar a whole people by the actions of a minority... unless of course you're saying that all/most Nigerians are scammers.

I have nothing against people from Nigeria as I studied with a couple of great guys at Uni from there.

But like VW dealerships you get good ones and bad ones  where ever you go.

Of course not all of us are Chavs... only the ones who have quad exhausts on their cars -  ... just a joke Robin    As for your comparision with VW Dealers, I think it's a bit far-fetched as most VW dealers are t055er5 out to grab every last penny from you with a smile on their faces.. and sometimes they don't even bother smiling as in VW Huddersfield which seems to have got a slating on this forum.

teddy I think they were referring to my comment (that I have now edited) which stated maybe the car was being sold by the guy in your avatar (and i reffered to him as a nigerian scammer!!)...... oviously I should of stated that not all nigerians are scammers or something along them lines and that i was referring to the fonejacker guy!! I will place a disclaimer next time
