Well after waiting 2 months for the dealers to get intouch i went and seen them , as they stated they pride them selfs on there customer service, this is while i was signing for a 20k car . When i found the sales man who i delt with and who took photo's of the wheel damage and who also said he would get back to me within 3 weeks, and after i reminded him its been 2 months and his so called customer support crap i am now getting the alloy wheel repaired for half price of £45.00 and im not getting my first service half price now its FREE
. And im getting a car for the day while they fix it
just hope its something nice , and not some basic polo

while i was in the dealers i spotted a 21 year old just singing up for a brand new GTI ED30 IN RED , what a smile he had even though he was paying out 4k insurance on it - i was speaking to the sales man later.
And there was another ED30 IN RED in the showroom for sale also mmmmmmm nice just whished i could have got a test drive in it.
