I think you're getting slightly confused here. Karmann was a coach works that styled the later mk1 cabs and these tended to have bigger bumpers and side skirts and these were always known as a "clipper kit". There were no "Karmann models" as such as most newer cabs just had Karmann decals on the front wings, as well as the clipper kits. As well as having a clipper kit cabs where either carbed models (called clippers) or were injection models (GTI's). A Karman ghia is a whole different car from the 60s.
The Rabbit was the name given to the Golf in the US.
The most sought after from the list above ? Probably the Karman Ghia as they are more expensive than mk1s. The most sought after Karman Ghia is probably the Razor edge.
The most sought after mk1s ? Depends on your taste, probably the mk1 campaign for tintops and then probably the Rivage and Sportlines for the mk1 cabriolets.
