Yes, sorry guys. I have taken photos and they will be posted later today. Just frustrating having to run it in - but that should be done by the end of the week

Don't regret buying DSG although I have to learn how to use the paddle shifts correctly - RedRobin might be able to give some advice on that - as it can be a bit of a bummer negotiating a tight corner when suddenly the transmission decides to shift up a gear midway, but hey I knew that when I decided on getting DSG. The only other thing that slightly concerns me is the torque limitation issue when REVO'ing the car. I spoke to the dealer about it and he said it was ok to 275bhp.
By the way, Solihull VW were absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. They gave me a grand more on my previous Ed30 than Wolsey Ipswich and 2 grand more than other dealers who made ridiculous offers

They discounted my current Ed30 to the tune of £900 - free GAP, Autoglym Lifeshine and £250 off. Finally, when I went to pick the car up the saleman Matt Ike, told me if I ever wanted a valet or have the car washed or even checked without there being any specific issue, I could bring it in and it would be done for free. He also told me to phone him in the event of an accident which wasn;t my fault and he would ensure that the insurance company would have to use the main dealer for any repairs etc...

He even told me that in the event of an accident or warrnty work, they would supply a like for like courtesy car

Not sure how Ed30's they've got in the back. On top of all that, they have stored my Mk2 Golf GTI 16v for a week with no charge as I couldn't drive 2 cars back to Ipswich from Birmingham.
On the downside, the muppet who did my Autoglym managed to impart very very fine scratches to the paintwork - visible under petrol station sodium light at certain angles - I'm quite fussy

Also, I think the brake discs may be warped as there is a slight judder when I brake and I can feel the vibration on the brake pedal. Something to sort out on Saturday if it doesn't disappear.
