new to golfs and getting a GT TDI 130
« on: 31 August 2007, 11:30 »
hi all,

decided to change my car and going for the GT TDI 130, i pick it up in a few days and can't wait though already thinking about what i can do to it because i like having a unique car but i don't have a huge amount of money spare after buying it

anyone any ideas for little things that are easy or cheap to do

also can anyone point me in the right directly for how to tune one up yourself, i did bits and pieces to a 1.9TD peugeot engine a while ago but have no idea what to do with the new ones

and for future - what are the difference between the suspension makes because i've never lowered a car yet and so have no idea who are good makes and which makes will break after they hit 2 bumps

Thanks

Phil
a work in progress......someday i might think i'm happy with a car....maybe

so far: 40mm Gmax lowering kit, upper and lower S3 strut braces, pipercross panel filter, Smoothed air box and 18" Audi R8 reps
