try some of those guys. Clean Your Car deffo has it; i've not used it myself but its on my shopping list!!

I use parafin or plant deisel to clean mine, learnt that from helping some tarmacers once, they brush deisel on the tools to stop the tarmac sticking!!
Use that and then shampoo/soap after and they like new. Hope this helps

Get some TRF (trafffic film remover) or alloy wheel acid. give it a good liberal dosage and blast off with a jet wash. them abit of metal polish dont hurt just to bring em up nicely!
