if its got cutouts for screenwash jets is it not like on a MK1 Golf where you have that flimsy bit of black plastic on the suttle/bulk head right at the back of the engine bay?

I think i seen one before it covers the grills in the bonnet from the inside, i think its to help to keep the heaters hot in winter.

I think this is to go on the inside of the bonnet, undeneath the rain gutter, you know, where the washer jets are, those cut outs all along the top of the bonnet. Basically, when it rains, the water collects in there and runs off. I dot think you'd really see it really, all it might do is sheild the hoses from view etc... Does that make sense to anyone? Also when he says original, i think he means made by VAG, not a part thats alrady there. Basically, if im right, its really just a bit of a pointless bit that you never see, and probably wouldn't notice unless someone pointed it out to you? However, i may be wrong!!
