Diamond black.....is their such a colour for Vag's

basically is their a diamond black for a mk 3??

i need some bits for my Black mk 3 and seen some advertised as diamond black..

anyone any ideas??

Could be wrong m8 but I think vw only did one metallic black on the mk3 cant remember the paint code though

I had a metallic black mk3 and i'm 99.9% sure it was Diamond Black.

thanx guys, the guy has jus told me its metalic, so no good for me (need front grill as mine has annoying dint in it)

bradley, how come yours is that colour, when i got my mk 3 i thought mine was that too as it has the most tiny specs in it, but no where near as many as my mk 4 Gti which is deffo the black magic pearl as i we bought the car brand new and chose the colour, my mk 3 sticker in the boot is unreadable so i called the main dealer in Leeds, gave the dude my chassis number and told him i thought mine was the black magic pearl, he said that colour was not ever availiable on the mk 3???

he also told me mine was "Just Black"

Think the dealers talking out of his ar5e.... I have the original sales book and dealer order which clearly gives black magic pearl as an option and that's confirmed on the order sheet...and my sticker say's lc9z....

Black Vr6 highline's are pearl black as thats what i've got. Hope that helps
