If you really, really want to know if the tints are illegal, the plod have a device for measuring the amount of light that tints let through into the interior of the car and can tell you if your's are illegal. However, once they test it, if it is illegal, you will certainly have to have the tints removed. If the plod can test it for you and it is found to be illegal, you will have recourse for the dealer to get it sorted for you. ie they sold you a car that wasn't roadworthy!

Have a look at God lovesa trya's lovely new Ed 30(lucky bugger!!!!!!!!) and different angles of his tints,show standard front and the limit tint on the rear as per my original answer,i think your car,now i have seen your second photo,is ok and legal.

Although the boy's have mentioned,get it checked out,but not by the filth!!!!!!
