How long have you owned your golf?

I was looking through my cars paperwork yesterday looking for details of the place that does new carpet sets (newton commercial  ) when I stumbled upon the reciept for my car, imagine my surprise when I realised the date on it - 14/8/03  4 years to the day, what a coincidence that I happened to look at it lastnight, 4 years is the longest I've ever had a car 


So how long has everyone else had their golf

had my MK2 for nearly 2 years and i've had my MKIV for 18 months now.  MKIV will be with me for a few good years! Haven't finished modding it yet

Mines relativly new to me -  I think Mid november last year i got it. Ahh it's been fun though, I've joined a few forums and owners clubs with my old cars (My 205, and nissan 200sx) but the VW comunity definatly seems the nicest!

I had my first Golf for nearly 5 years and I've had this one for about 18 months now !
