should be a noticeable difference in the look and handling of the car. ive had a few mk2`s and they always benefit from a drop in ride height in my opinion

yeah the mk2 does look a lot better lowered, i dropped my first one 80mm on 16`s!! they rubbed with anyone in the back and i had to really sort the arches but it was worth it for the look

I have just bought some shorter springs for mine.
Just wondered if you have to get the tracking done after fitting or will this not be affected?
Cheers, Dan

Do the tracking / alignment for sure. Wait a week though

Mines dropped 40mm on Eibach's, and the difference was awesome. Tracking and camber done for sure.

40mm is ok, but for some serious change in stance, you should consider a drop of 60mm or more. i think mine is about 80mm ish but i've had arch work to allow for this
