MK 2 Boot Spoiler
« on: 01 August 2007, 17:42 »
I've had my rear window and boot spoiler stolen from my Mk 2 gti. I've had the glass replaced but not sure how to re-fit a replacement spoiler. Any help please, cheers.

there should be 3 little holes in the glass. if not they've fitted base model glass and you'll have to bond the spoiler on :undecided:

why don't you just break the clips off the spoiler that would normally go through the glass and bond it on?

because you would see the sealant through the glass and it would look wack
