man u really got a thing against old cars dont u!!

any slight performance car model older or newer is not gonna have any trouble with an 8v mk3.

are you sure it wasnt a williams clio?

it'll keep up with a vr6 ;)
Used to have a '97 MK3 16v GTI 3dr in 'Black Magic'... now have a '55 Civic Type-S...

I dunno what it was... I DID overtake it... but i stuggled to...

it wasnt like it took me 500meters... took maybe 30meters to pass the car that put its foot down. To hold me out and plow thru on coming traffic.

Chill dude what we lack in the speed we gain in style he may have nearly done you but its stil a f**kin clio french piece of sh1t.

However i have a 96 mk 3 colour concept and yes they just aint fast enough, so what do you do sell the car that you love so you can buy a faster one that youll probably spend a sh1t load of money on, OR spend the extra money on the car and make it a force to be reconed with? Either way its going to cost you money. 20v Turbo here we come!!!(when ive re-mortgaged my house that is. :-\

see I cant afford to buy OR insure a 20v Turbo.

I could get a Polo GTI.. Just...

just been looking thru my insurance, and other manuals etc... appears the 8v is a IG 14-15 and mine has a CAT 1 alarm/immobiliser  LOL didnt even realise it was CAT1
