How much extra bhp will I get?

Cone filter, super chip, cat bypass and an exhaust.
That should give you about 10bhp but the cat bypass will free her up a bit. I'm in the process of sorting one at the mo i'll let you know.

I think you would get more than 10bhp for doing those mods, even on an 8v.
Filter and exhaust alone will give you that.

get a copy of 'the golf' or pvw. there are loads of places that tune engines in there. also Q&A section is always informative.
