Hi, sometimes its known as a plastic scuttle, is the flimsy plastic thing when you open your bonnet that hides the windscreen motor and mech, its held in by some spring clips under the rubber seals (go the width of the bonnet) when you remove this you will see all sorts of old leaves and bits etc, clear this out and you sshould be able to two ducts(holes) either side tucked in against the wings, if you prod these with something like an old wire coathanger it should unblock the drains, as your water is probably getting in through the heater fan gauze-which is prob why your footwells are soppin!
