how wide can you go without modifiactions also what need to be done to fit them, i was thinking of goin for a smooth euro look, i wanted to fit quite wide wheels i.e 16x8 etc or deep dish or either flat design like  adish like you see on some mercs, has anyone already done this sorry if its been mentione dbefore i was just curious how wide i can go without it rubbing on suspention brake parts etc and coming out side of the arch, i was think of lowering it on eibach srings and dampers too

8" rims will work with little scrubbing on a mk3 (depending on offset tho) but mines rub's on standard wheels with 205 tryes due to my 20mm spacer's....best get the arches rolled as you want to make it look as wide as possible
