A weekend in wales
« on: 27 June 2007, 13:18 »
Just returned from a few day's in Wales,

Loaded and ready for the off

View from the B&B overlooking Barmouth eastery, you can just see the Barmouth to Fairbourne rail bridge

A bit nearer to Barmouth

The same rail bridge from the town itself

We did some walking in the mountains

Mondays rain meant the waterfalls were impressive

This time yesterday, we were nearly at the summit of Cada Idris

Back too work  :(  legs ache, but enjoyed every minuet

More to the point did you have far to drive? I got back from a weekend in Newquay on Sunday and live in London. Had some nice roads on the A323 (??). Motorways (M4 & M25) where boring as usual.

Nice pics aswell.

Got back on Friday but didn't take any pics cos the weather was PANTS!!

Had some great fun on the windy roads though and the car drove beautifully. My partner's father won't sit in the front seat with me any more because he said I drive like a lunatic - ha ha

Cheers
John
