What is the lowest with out being unable to drive the thing can you go on a mk2 golf gti 8v
?
how much am i going to pay for a springs and shockers new or second hand?
anyone got some for sale?

on standard rims, a drop of 80mm should be ok. I decked mine and had no problems at all until i changed the wheels.
you can get complete kits (shocks + spings ) from about 150. Coilovers start at around 250 bucks
