Tyre Streching, whats the deal?

as above what is the deal with this? i mean does anyone do it? whats the point in rolling arches if you can do this? cheers

its just a look thing. not all tyre fitters will do it for safety reasons

will you pass an MOT with stretched tyres?

again depends on the testing station. Should be ok if it's not too extreme? Also your car may fail if the wheel sticks out further than the arch

Im really liking  the look of streched tyres, is it a new thing cos ive never noticed it before neither  have I noticed it on any other cars...
 do you think it only looks right on certain types of wheels or drop? could you get away with it on say 15`s and stock height or would it look crap?
