whats the best way to paint my steely's black? also i have the orignal plastic edges that ad a bit of dish and how do i sray plastic as i want to do them silver!

rub down the crappy parts and spray away with hammerite, or rub down, prime, paint etc the proper way.
for the plastic rings, rub down, plastic prime, rub down, paint.
