Its a very strange surreal feeling. Especially in the summer when the wind is warm
I'm so envious of you Rhyso going to Le Mans, i know someone that drove over with a corrado club, say's it was the best thing ever! mini gumball style race on the way over with gangs of supercars followed by 36 hour party with loads of friendly people

yeah its definetly something you should do.  I went last year with some mates and its awesome. showed a Ferrari 430 how quick a derv really is for all of about 3 seconds when he then dropped a cog and screamed past me    What a noise!

watching the cars through the night is surreal

might look at going back next year but going down a little earlier as when we arrived on the Thursday there was hardly any space to pitch your tent

Night or very early mornign driving is fantastic!!

No 30mph noobs on the country roads - plus the advantage of seeing headlights in the distance

My favorite thing is when you drive down a road that is normally busy and full of red traffic lights in the day, but all the lights are green and you can't believe how quick you get to the end of the road

Once drove my Mini Cooper to Budapest. It was a wicked road trip all the way but one of the best bits was getting back to Dover at about midnight and heading back to Warwickshire right through central London in the small hours. Recommended.

Golf GTI: good enough as it is
