new wheels
« on: 15 February 2004, 20:43 »
just a quick question, pardon my ignorance, if i bought some new wheeels with rubber on them would i need to balance them or not if they had been on another car.  Just my mate says thta balancing depends on your car and you have to get stuff rebalanced and professionally fitted before putting them on your car or they wont work.  Just something that has puzzled me
thx

If a wheel is balenced then its balenced. It doesnt matter what car its on. They balence a wheels on a machine not on your car.
