Mk1 Cabrio what colour?

Hi all

I have an 1989 mk1 cabrio with a grey vinyl hood and the clipper kit, it looks like it was originaly helios blue but is in need of a respray, i was considering keeping the colour but was wondering if there are similar, better colours to be considering. I will only be spraying the exterior hence the reason i dont want to stray to far from the original colour due to the engine bay being in quite good knick and not in need of spraying and more to the point i cant afford the whole respray in side and out.
Any suggestions anyone?

is it def a respray you need or just some elbow grease and polish? polish it enough i got my old car from a dull grwey to a deep grey

def a respray the paint is flat and i had to rub down some rust on the door and at ther rear by the roof so now it has patches of grey primer so yup def a respray, just looking for something that looks similar to the helios colour so that it stands out.
