I'm sure I've seen wheels that are pretty much identical.

i didn't mean the S3 bum, the A3 2.0 TFSI bumper is it's twin!!

Just looked at the A3 5 and 3 doors and they are not the same rump. They aren't painted and there is no rim around the exhaust area. :nerd:
The alloys may be available as aftermarket items, but are only available in 18" from the dealer with a 20 spoke different design.

Anyone else know anything different?

The alloys were an option on the S4 for a while. Also seen them on the Audi channel fitted to a S4 estate.

As I remember, Audi offered the 'Pescara' wheel as a no cost option upgrade for the S-Line A3 in place of the 5 spoke RS6 type wheel. I don't remember what it was called, something like '20 spoke BBS' but I have an A3 price list at home so I will look it up later.

According to my Audi A3 2006 model year price book, the wheel was referred to as 7.5 x 18 '14 spoke' design and was a no cost option/alternative on S-Line models or a £1000 upgrade on sport models. The 20 spoke version I got mixed up with were two piece and also by BBS, and were a cost option on all A3 models.

Spot on. I quite liked the 20 spoke version they look very nice.  Mind you I bet they are a sod to clean and where the "rivets" are I bet they are a corrosion magnet.
