not sure, was it a pro job? you can see the spray marks! matches the roof though, think you need to satin black the wheels too!

Only my opinion.. It looks too matt! eventually that will turn white! satin black would have looked so much better, and easier to keep looking good, that now looks like a replacement bonnet still in its transit primer.. but 10 out of 10 for haveing the balls to do it though!

Reminds me of when my dad had to get a new bonnet for his xr2 years ago and he never bothered to get it painted. It was a red car and the bonnet had the black protective/primer coat on it and looked gash.

Make of that what you will!  :wink:

i like it. it's a shame you can see the spray lines - or is that just the way it was taken? maybe matching hoods and bonnets could be a new thing? would look cool with a grey mohair hood and matching bonnet? And like joe suggested, colour coded rim centres?

Nah it was the way i took the photo after attempting to dry it with a towel rather badly!

an i like it for the now, like i said, its a tempory fix until respray, although i might keep the bonnet cos itl go with whats happenin to the rest of the car, still got the other one so not difficult to swap em around, horses for courses!

an iv got my new hood, again dont wanna fit it till spray, tis special
