If these heads are difficult to come by then it may be worth getting that one repaired. I have seen some beautiful repairs on cylinder blocks and heads alike. But you do need to find someone who knows what he is doing. Don't nessesarily think 'at any cost' but don't judge the repairer by price either.
well ive gone down the route of getting it repaired , they are really good at what they do , ive had work done
by them before on gtt5 heads and skyline crank shaft and the work is a1. but the only thing that worries me is that
if this has happened once will it go again
(lot of money to throw away just to race it round a beach and for it to go bang
), guess only time will tell.
