Wheel spacers
« on: 19 June 2007, 13:44 »
I want my wheels to stick out a bit more as they dont quite look right sat under the arches the way they do...so was wondering what spacers I need, i dont want any rubbing so would 15mm spacers be ok, or too much or too less?

its for a mark 3, with anni rims on so if anyone knows what the ET is as I have no idea!!

thanks

are they deffo anni rims or the mk4 versions (6.5 or 7" wide)...mine has 15mm spacers fitted on the back with 205 tryes lowered 40mm and it can rub with weight in the back but not by much...

and it fills them like this...

erm, not sure...I have 215 45 16's on them, so would that make them 7" wide?

after seeing yours, i would be tempted to go for 20mm, or would that be too much?

Way too much Paul.

Go for 10mm that should keep your tyres safe.
