I use the Auto Glym bumper black, little pricey and requires a bit of elbow grease but makes the plastic come up like it just came from the factory, nice and black and lasts ages.

I use Autoglym bumper care (thick green liquid) which works well and dont have to rapply it that often. Only place I do have to add it quite often is on the rear boot spoiler, which is a lot more grey than black like the other trim...anyone else found this??

Autoglym stuff is OK (thick green stuff) as an initial coat but is expensive to use often.
I use
Armor all
http://www.armorall.com/index1.html
which is really good for all plastic surfaces and gives a natural, new look.
Its about ?6 for a 500ml trigger pack and you use a lot less than back to black cos' it's not an aerosol (and it doesn't go all over your paintwork either!)
Really good for tyres too

i used to use Armor all, especially as you can use it on your dash and tyres, but I found it wore off quite quickly and goes patchy. At least with the Autoglym it seems to penetrate, give a more even finish and lasts longer IMO
