rough costs of rolling arches on a mk3

hi there have a mk3 with 17x8s on at the moment she rubs with some one in the back  not very happy with that but im looking into rolling my rears so i can lower her by abot 40mm so would any body be able to give me a rough price and also will i be able to keep my arch flares?
any help would be great

I got all 4 arches rolled with a mobile arch rolling service for £90 all in. He only does certain areas though, Beds, Herts, Bucks, N. London and Cambridge. Check out www.archenemy.co.uk.
