If you read all the posts, you'll see that you by law Xenons need auto leveling and headlamp washers, which are hard or near inpossible to retro fit.

TT, come to the rescue!

Sure are - and as such are all potential MOT failure points and/or possible cause for being blamed in an accident (due to oncoming glare)

Gibraltar is not strict like the UK...law heres are a joke especially on motor vehicles!They wont know what auto leveling is and wont know what headlamp washers are either  :laugh:

No LHD in the uk!!

err don't you mean RHD the UK is LHT left hand traffic, but the car is Right hand drive

the MK5 xenons should have a switch inside the unit that allows you to switch between RHD and LHD

But being a UK colony, you enjoy UK protection, and you still need to comply with UK law.  You also need to comply with EU law.  Under both jurisdictions, retro-fit xenons are illegal!

Just be ever so slightly pedantic, the lever merely converts the assymetric dipped beam into a neutral dipped beam!  :nerd:
