MAF Problem???
« on: 31 May 2007, 10:55 »
Having trouble diagnosing a fault - from cold it idles and drives nicely but as soon as it starts to warm up I start getting a misfire/judder when driving at a constant speed. If i give it some power it picks up nicely with maybe a slight hesitation. When I turn it off and restart, it fires straight up to 2000revs and idles there but if its left to cool it will start up ok again and Idle normally. Have replaced the blue temp sensor and tried a couple of other ISV's but makes no difference. If I unplug the ISV the idle is fine but still get the misfiring and judderyness. Not sure where to go next but having searched a few threads was wondering if the airflow meter could be at fault but would have thought it would happen all the time as opposed to just when its warm??? Any advice would be appreciated.......thanks

have you set it up as per my digifant guide yet?  Also check the vac hoses particularly the ones to the throttle body & FPR :)
