Back in April I bought new Hella Fog lights, new Hella Headlights, new inner spotlights, new smoked front indicators and polished up my original 16V rear lights:

Here's a few I took at Stonor Park right at the end of May. Got stuck in a massive queue outside and it took so long to get in, by the time I got in, all the show & shine paces had been taken!

Here's another little update! After just over a year my audision amp stopped working properly!    Managed to buy an Audison LRX4 for a good price on ebay and got that put in my other side inner rear quarter panel.

Got to send off my SRX3 to be repaired shortly, so will then have 2 Audison amps!  But need to sell a few bits first to pay for the repair. Just hope it's not too expensive!

Finally got round to tidying up the engine! Mr. Rubjonny came and helped me remove various engine bits to get it looking a bit nicer and I then I spent a few days and many evenings over the next week::

Painting various engine bits:

Changing the injectors-you can see the difference between the old & new ones

Brand new genuine bonnet sound-proofing panel:

Back together at the Sussex VW Owners club show (didn't get to bed until after 2am finishing things off), with wiring loom re-wrapped, many things painted such as the inlet manifold and most other engine parts, but still other things to do!:

Spent a long time cleaning the firewall/bulkhead and painting a few areas including areas of the front scuttle. This was the next day at the No-Rice Guildford to West-wittering run on Bank holiday Monday where I won best in the little show & shine at the end:

Being judged at E38:

With new windscreen washer bottle and coil cover:
