First cosmetic mods? What u think

Thought i was finally time i put a pic of my car up
Just passed it's MOT with flying colours so decided to keep it and finally spend some money on it
I need your help guys, what do u suggest as the first cosmetic mods i carry out on the car, and suitable prices for it?
Oh and what do u think of the nice standard 16v

Some nice new wheels and a big bumper conversion perhaps?

wheels and big bumpers would be my first toughts to!

But why not be different snd stick with small bumpers and some 13 or 14'' ultra wide alloys!

do not get big bumpers, keep it small bumpered, far nicer sight on the roads today to see a an original small bumper GTI.

set of 15's, lower it a wee hair, say 40mm max, and the later 5 bar grill (u can see it in rowlers sig pic) - that is all that wee car needs

has it got the 16v half tint rear lights?

i'm def going to stick with the small bumpers, love the classic look
what wheels would look good? do u think go really small, like 14's low profile, and slam it too the floor?
it get some 15's and just a moderate lowering

I'd say lower it 40-60mm on the original wheels with 60 profile tyres rather than low, but maybe give them a refurb. Apart from that, keep it as is!

Maybe a Miltek system to finish off the back end?

Keep the small bumpers, 40mm drop, Milltek exhaust, either refurb the wheels or get some other OE style ones like RA's.
