Well the first thing i would do is clean/have cleaned the throttle body as this tends to cake up with carbon deposits, also check your vacuum lines as these tend to disintergrate over time!
When did you last have it serviced..? old plugs, dirty air filter...could be any number of things. Also id recommend either running a couple of tanks of v-power or use some redex to help clean the injectors.
