Colour coding

Have made a trip to the bodyshop today, and are gonna take the plunge, gonna colour code front splitter, side skirts and rear bumper, excluding section about tailpipe (same as BMX's) and also mudflaps. Quoted £300 so gonna do it in the nxt 3 weeks after i return off honeymoon. :nerd:

Best move Phil, no more "back too black" wax on you black bit's  :laugh: and it will look the mutt's, if it were me I buy a pair of R32 side skirts as their smooth and come pre primed for about £70

Phil...lol i asked the bodyshop guys here and they are asking for £200, not to bad i dont think but they probably wont do a good job as they would do for you in the UK  :cry:

They are gonna use plastic primer adhesive so that the paint will take hold to the plastic, will look the bizz, as he does audi's regually, Havent yet told the other half yet my plans but will have it out with her later! :wink:

The same as the GTi, but smooth, and grey primered. and stiffer.

ask creepy , he will have some x rated blue mk 5 shots of the side skirts somewhere. i would do but not sure if my mapflaps will match the side skirts, and im hoping that the finish will be near on par as a metal finish :undecided:

looks like im going to get my black gti bumpers color coded aswell in a few weeks. Was thinking about this yesterday.
