Hi i need some new front discs and pads for a L reg mk3 2.0L 16v five stud. Can anyone tell me what size the discs are?  :smiley:

Just go to Eurocarparts or GSF or Main dealer quote them your reg. no. and you will get the correct parts for your car!

yours is an early mk3 gti which has 280mm diameter. late mk3 gti/vr6 will be 288mm.

I bought discs from GSF for an old BMW I had and the warped in about three months... pay more money and get proper ones...

I would llways buy a good make for brake disc's...... delphi, ate etc and there's not that much difference in price but can be a big difference in quality

GSF sell brembo discs so you saying they are not as good as genuine VW ones?
