Awesome GTI. Anyone used them?
« on: 22 May 2007, 10:47 »
Hi,

Just been on the awsome GTI website and it seems good.

Might get the cruise control fitted for £150.

Anyone use them? And do you rate them?

Why not get it done at a VW dealer for £150, and get full warranty.

Thought the dealer was £250?

I will have to check em out, my dealer is 2 mins down the road.

Cheers

I've had three cruise controls retro fitted, the first was £170 and the other 2 were £150.00

Erm, I'd be a little cautious of Awesome.  Haven't they just been bought out by BigBoysToys - a company well known for emptying the contents of your wallet with little or no morality.  You could say they are the Dixons/Currys/PC World of car bits!

Try pinging RedRobin, he seems to be "aware" of em!
