Radiator Thermoswitch. Which one???
« on: 21 May 2007, 21:05 »
93476 RADIATOR THERMO SWITCH  G3 11/91 >7/93 2 Pin with Cover 95/84C  6.25
93478 RADIATOR THERMO SWITCH  G3 11/91 >7/93 3 Pin with Cover  7.95
93479 RADIATOR THERMO SWITCH  G3 3 Pin with Offset Pins  8.50
93480 RADIATOR THERMO SWITCH  G3 8/93 >2/99

Which of the above switches from GSF is the correct one for a '94 1.4cl?
The switch currently fitted is a 3 pin switch but not sure if it is 'with cover' or 'offset' any one shed any light of the subject as at the moment i have 2 wires shorting the switch out, but this means that the fan is running at the fastest setting all the time and i have to connect the wires as soon as i start and as soon as i stop.
Please help!

The best thing to do is to go to your local vw dealer and ask them for the part no. then go to gsf. as gsf use the same part number.
