Hi there, just wondering how easy it is to change the speedo dials, the whole unit that is? also is it possible to change the mileage on the unit that goes in so it matches the true mileage of the car? any help would be much appreciated!

its really easy to change the speedos over.Pop the plastic off either side then 2 screws to take the black part around the dials off then its just a matter of another 2 srews holding the dials themself in.Once they are out its just a matter of diconecting one cable and fidling the whole thing out.Pretty simple to do.
The milage thing though im not so sure about as i was wanting to change mine with another but the milage stayed the same from the car the other dials came out of.

To change the mileage...all you need is access to vag-com (or know someone that has)..... and to replace bulb's all you need to do is remove the clock's as above and then split them (just a few pushy thingy clip's to undo)
