Yes the Air mass sensor is after the filter, collected the car today and changed the Dizzie cap and rotor immediately, i then removed the throttle body and cleaned the unit with Carb cleaner, have to admit it was pretty clean, also replaced relay 33 as i had a spare with me, now need to replace relay 127 to ensure all is ok, i noticed while cleaning the connector on the air mass unit that one of the terminals was badly corroded and there was a space for Air intake temp sensor on the housing but no sensor or connector?
Took the car for a quick run before handing cash over and it is significantly running better but missing terribly above 3000 rpm.
Tomorrow i will check the spark plugs, leads, air filter, ignition timing and associated sensors, if anyone can think of anything else in between feel free to advise.
Will update tomorrow.
