My local (Lindvale, Southend) are ok. I always have a bit of a natter with the bloke that sold me my car when I'm down there.

Years ago, they were sh!t, I had loads of probs that they didnt want to know about with my 2nd polo. Fortunatelt, all the staff from then have gradually been replaced  ;D

Have literally come back from the dealers, been to two within an hour.

Was in the Guildford branch of muppets for a set of rear brake pads for the 16v. None in stock, but got the part number. So cool yeah?

.........drove up to the Woking branch with the part number where I was told it was the wrong number/part for my car and gave me the right set.

Good bloody job the Guildford branch was out of stock!!

Vindis VW down Beds used to have Audi with them. Now Audi have moved further away becuase of poor service from VW which looked bad for Audi or sumthing
