just got back from my local scrappies and got a complete set of door strips for.............£20 wahoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :grin: :grin: :grin:

mk3 16v 5dr Gti,mintex extreme pads,drilled/grooved discs,lowered,cat back powerflow system,omp panel filter with modified airbox,debadged grill, started prep for spraying, lots to come :D

3dr. was expectin it 2 be over £50 tbh, but the guy just asked 4 £20. they need a clean up b4 they get sprayed. hopin when i take my arches off i dnt find any rust :shocked:

I put my coilovers on last nite..didnt bother to wind her down til she beds in so ill whip off my arches and pray shes ok haha

well, took the strips off and sprayed them with satin black spray paint. it looks beautiful, i must say this car is going to look the dogs when i am finished with it, i get the final bits this weekend, so should be some really cool pics the weekend after

any meets in london?

Mine were pretty clean, no rust or anything, but a lot of dirt

took mine off at the weekend. got to the last one (back passenger side) and there was some flaking and a few scratches, must have been hit b4, but nothing to major. cars going in 2morrow to spray tops of bumpers, side mouldings and sort the rust out that is on the car. post pics when it returns, hopefully saturday the guy was saying!!!!!!!
