Hi everyone, My names Luke i will be 19 in may and im new to the VDub scene and am soon to own a MK2 golf GTi 8v 3 door which will be my new lil project.
Apologies for being soo late into the vw scene, but ive been playing around with Vauxhalls for a few years
I started out with a Nova 1.2 with GTE bits and pieces, exhaust, lowered etc, subtley modified.
Then bought a 1.3 Nova SR, lowered 60mm on 17's haha, but soon put steelies on for the rally slag look, was fairly quick for what it was, with a kent fast road cam,pulley,head ported and polished and gas flowed, full custom straight through performance exhaust, filter, etc etc.
Then just for a run around til i found another car i bought a Tigra 1.6 16v which was fun, but soon died on me...................and now im here, looking at getting a Golf GTi
which my grandad and brother are happy with.
Brother owns a Mk4 GTI 1.8 20v
Grandad Owns a Brand new Golf GTi - all the extras 18" monza's, Tints, you know top spec - when you see him driving you expect someone else to be driving.
Sorry to bore some people, but just introducing myself and my past cars.
