Help, when I stick my welly down, it feels like the engine is jumping out the bonnet! Cant see any thing when I have a butch but not sure what to look for anyway!
Help would be lovely

sounds like the engine mount has had it, going by your statement of engine jumping out, not quite sure how you would measure that. but anyway, the engine mount is a black rubber thing at the front bottom of the engine bay that connects/fixes the engine to the sub frame. trying rocking the engine and check if the movement is there.

depends how easy it is to reach. the mouts themselves are never that expensive.

get a mate to boot it while you stand NEXT to it with the bonnet open.

i say next to as a mate of mine ran into his brothers legs while starting his car while in gear with no handbrake on!  :laugh:

Cheers, will ask my ex wife to have a look for me when I drop me boys back tomorrow! I wont be telling her to stand next to it ! :wink:Might mention that It's better to do a hand stand while looking :grin:

Ive just looked on GSF and depending on what car you have it will be around £21 to £26 plus p&p and fitting..
